Anyone notice the persistent spin SW of Cape Verde? Anything to it?
Very little action so far this season. Been looking at WPAC typhoons it is so boring. The images are scatterometry winds, one for a typhoon in WPAC this week, and the other from Dolly a few years ago as she headed to Texas.
