IN ADDITION TO THE SNOW...GUSTY NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS ARE EXPECTED WHICH MAY PRODUCE AREAS OF DRIFTING SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES DUE TO BLOWING SNOW. ...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON...
