Typhoon "PARMA"

"PARMA" spent nearly a week visiting Luzon Island in the Phillipines, and dumped tons of rain, as seen in TRMM map. Surprisingly the greatly weakened storm reformed an eye between Hainan island and the Vietnam coast. - HLG
