Doesn't look like it - most of the stability indicies are marginal at best. There is a lot of dry air at low to mid levels, and the moisture that is advected by the upper low in the Gulf won't have enough time to "set up" for a severe weather event.
I camp out with the boy scouts this weekend, and I'm already not looking forward to Saturday night....
