TD "9"? & "ST MELOR" from Quikscat

Looks like the MPTCF circle around 55 West in the ATL is a TD. Anyone else agree?

Also, "MELOR" should miss Tokyo, according to JTWC in Honolulu (which still sounds weird. Bet they miss Guam USA!), but still looks impressive in Quikscat. - HLG
