CAT ONE BY THURSDAY?
GFDL presented an interesting solution this morning - showing the tropical low to become a Cat One storm by Thursday. GFS shows a remnant low and the HWRF yawns in excitement.
Still awaiting any word from either Klingfree or Larster this year.
