Typhoon "Megi" Still Strong in South China Sea & Invest 99?

Typhoon "Megi" still looks big and bad as it now heads for somewhere east of Hong Kong. Meanwhile several models show "Invest 99", or TS Richard if you don't like the red-circle the NHC has, becoming a Cat 4 storm??? - HLG
