Anyone remember Hurricane Juan in the late 80s? The OOC used to have a giant false-color image of that in the hallway. Barely made hurricane status, but sat off Louisiana for days, and dumped feet of rain. - HLG

Yes, that is correct. We had a false-color image of his badge photo hanging on the wall. It was scary, and gave me nightmares on the midnight shift!
