Looks like TS "Julia" will form first in the eastern Atlantic, but that means "Karl" will be heading to the NW Carib and Gulf next week. "Karl" sounds worse to me.
TS Warnings up for the Southern Cape Verde Islands. You don't see that every year. - HLG
