Fortunately, the Arctic ice minimum (the spatial coverage of ice in the Arctic) was larger than in 2007 - when it looked like all the ice would melt away. I remember the good ol' days when Larster would analyze his one GIUK image and say "Too much ice, no fronts to analyze." Then he would go back to his desk and fall asleep.Now look at him....
