Almost the entire continental U.S. will be smothered by the Katrina of High Pressure Systems - a 1045 mb low centered over the bread basket of our nation. This means that cool temperatures, light winds and abundant sunshine will be in store for most of the nation.So where are the warnings? Why can't we give this beast a name? What about the children? Should someone be concerned about the state of our nation's weather?
I for one will take this opportunity to watch the Weather Channel this morning to see what Capt. Nicole Mitchell is wearing. She will not disappoint. She will not let this nation down.
Yes, the weather is boring today... By the way, HLG, where did you get your death stats for Yemen? Last count was 61 dead, from news reports that I read this morning. (sorry non sequitur from the original post...)
