I have a question for the brain-trust out there. Both "FAY" and "GUSTAV" were widely forecasted to stall, and neither did. What is wrong with this part of the forecast? How did they get it so good up to the coast, then can't predict a stall correctly?
Is "IKE" going to get into the Gulf? Looks like "HANNA" will be an East Coast problem, not that I am praying for that or anything.
Latest images of "IKE" show a really wound up little goober (technical term).
