As Hot Lava (Geographer) pointed out - Fay developed another eye over Florida - thus proving that Florida is more water than land. Gainesville is within the eyewall right now (5:53 EDT). The coast of Mississippi has been placed under a Moderate Probability for Tropical Cyclone Formation (MPTCF) watch until Monday.
