Yes, BB (Bob Breck) called the forecast for Fay. He even worked with the Chinese Military to figure out how to shoot silver iodide into the air to keep Fay away from New Orleans.
You think that is bad, take a look at his latest blog "The Sky is Falling". I wonder if Dandy Dan Milham and Carl Arrendondo know that Breck is dissing them on his blog. This could turn into an ugly little fight.
Of course, I don't see Breck blogging about the fact the VIPIR didn't forecast the final westward movement and landfall near Apalachicola. In fact, if I recall correctly, VIPIR had the storm moving NW into SW GA and AL.
