UGGGGHHHHHH!!!! ... especially since all the weather talent in New Orleans has been saying that this disturbance (since we can't call it a Depression or a Storm yet) ... even though I contend that they should be issuing a TS Watch (remember the weekend is upon us and nobody will be paying attention) ... WILL NOT get into the Gulf and WILL NOT affect us. ALL of the models are creeping Westward and as I blogged last night, the SSTs are warm, the shear is low and nobody has this on their radar screen.
