Tropical Thing "FAY" now has tropical rain bands extended from between Florida and Cuba, north to the Georgia/Tennessee border. Does anyone out there remember a circulation of this scale, moving this slowly? I am beginning to believe in AL FREAKING GORE!!!

Please look at Bob Breck's blog note... it clearly states "Fay is Weakening..." The NHC has dowqngraded Fay to "Swirly Thing" in Florida - and handed tracking responsibility to the Storm Prediction Center.

Are you kidding??? I don't see where Fay has been downgraded. Are you saying that Breck implied that with his blog yesterday??? I'm confused.
